The 9-1-1 Early Adopter Summit is back for 2025!

The EAS is more than just an emergency number conference. It’s where the cutting-edge minds of 9-1-1 meet to share ideas and ask the big questions. This year’s conference will include:

  • Fifteen-minute lightning talks on major innovative projects.
  • Presentations and demonstrations on the latest technologies and strategies from the world’s most innovative public safety technology disruptors.
  • The opportunity to network and pick the brains of cutting-edge innovators.

When: November 19-21, 2025

Where: Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine DFW Airport North

The early bird rate for registration is $400 per person. After August 1st, registration price goes up to $450 per person. If you register and are unable to attend, you will receive a refund. However, no-shows without notice will not be refunded.

Due to the nature of the summit and the capacity limits of our meeting spaces, attendance is highly restricted. EAS 2025 is focused on bringing together early adopters of technology who are actively showcasing innovation within their agencies. Participation is limited to organizations and individuals directly aligned with this mission.

Submit Your 15-Minute Lightning Presentation

The Early Adopter Summit features 15-minute presentations on innovative projects in 9-1-1. We’re looking for presentations on: 

  • Cutting edge technology. 
  • Innovative approaches to introducing new tech or procedures in agencies. 
  • Case study-style presentations on ground-breaking projects. 
  • Anything you think 9-1-1 early adopters should hear about! 

Please note that  public sector co-presention with a 9-1-1 entity will be given preference.
